This is one of my new favorite foods.  Very much like Peanut butter but healthier for you.

Sunkist Blends

1/4 cup –

This another great food product I love to buy once in a while. Almond Milk!   I get blue Diamond. What I like about this is you can add a sweetener ( I use Truvia sweetener because it’s from a plant and natural.) It’s half the calories that skim milk is for 8 oz. But I love it without the sweetener!.
